Competition rules

1. Remix the track into your chosen style. All genres are welcome.


2. Submit your remix to the feddelegrand contest page. MP3 files sizes are limited and may be no larger than 8 MB.


3. The submission phase ends August 31, 2010 at 23.59PM CET.


4. The voting phase starts on September 1 at 12.01PM CETand ends on September 15, 23.59pm CET.


5. Votes before September will be reset on September 1st.


6. Five remixes will be submitted as voted for by the Fedde le Grand community and five remixes will be submitted by Flamingo Recordings staff. The final winner will be chosen by Fedde le Grand and Flamingo Recordings


7. Remixes using ‘uncleared’ samples will be disqualified. An ‘uncleared sample’ is a musical work, loop or sample that you do not own the copyright for (ie: you didn’t create it). You are free to use sounds that were created by you.


8. All remixes submitted for this contest become the legal property of Flamingo Recordings. Your remix contest submission becomes the legal property of Flamingo Recordings as protection against the release of unauthorized remixes.


9. All trademarks and logos are protected. All rights of the producer and the owner of the recorded work are reserved. Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of this record, remix or remix parts is prohibited.
